WE ARE EXCITED TO ANNOUNCE OUR NEW DATES FOR 2020 SLO JAZZ FESTIVAL* - SCHEDULED FOR SEPT. 18-20, 2020. Get on the Email List for details when tickets are announced here.

NEW PLANS FOR 2020:

We are working hard to bring back the Jazz Festival in San Luis Obispo better than ever. New plans include:

EXPANDING TO 3-DAYS (sponsorship/grant $ required): We aim to expand to a 3-day festival! For the first time in history, our festival will become a full weekend experience! This means two more top acts with support on both Friday night and Sunday and an incredible value for sponsorship exposure for all of the sponsors for the SLO Jazz Festival. Contact to sponsor now here.

LIVE STREAMING: We are building the infrastructure to Live Stream the SLO Jazz Festival to hundreds of thousands of viewers. This means sponsors will get an incredible bargain of huge exposure by sponsoring our event. That increase in sponsorship will enable us to produce the 3-day event, live stream, and bring a digital screen to the main stage for the first time in jazz fest history!

NEW STAGES: We are looking into locations for possibly 1 - 3 new stages, bringing even more variety and choices for the most discriminating jazz fest goer. This presents more opportunities for sponsorship of stages, too.

NEW EVENTS AND ATTRACTIONS INSIDE THE FESTIVAL: We are evaluating adding new attractions to bring more historical value, ways to enjoy the festival, with special in-festival events. We are open to discuss special additions, lounges, and more with potential partners and sponsors.

MORE MARKETING: We are working with various tourism agencies to bring about more marketing to the festival, enabling us to attract more attendance, and creating an even stronger in-event benefit for sponsors.

NEW VENDING PROGRAM: We are coordinating with the City of SLO to allow more space and options for vending in 2020. This is part of our road-map to be a major festival destination for vendors throughout California. Vending program will go on sale January 2020.

NEW PARKING PROGRAM: We recognize that making parking easier is important for festival goers. Therefore, we'll be offering a new plan to allow you to park off-site and get transportation to and from the jazz festival with a special park&ride pass.

* - In order to accomplish these objectives, we must raise $100K for a 1-day frstival, $135K for a 2-day festival, and $170K for a 3-day festival. Sponsor the event and help make it so! If we fill our top 8 sponsorship positions, we will accomplish our goals for 2020-2022.
