VENDING IS BETTER THAN EVER IN 2018! NEW AND IMPROVED VENDING PROGRAM INCLUDES MANAGEMENT BY THE SLO VENDOR'S ASSOCIATION, JO JO AND CASEY! YOU'RE IN GOOD HANDS! IN ADDITION, WE ARE OPENING ALL VENDING ON MONTEREY STREET TO THE PUBLIC, AND PULLING IN THE FENCING AROUND THE FESTIVAL TO THE ADOBE. THIS WILL ENSURE PEOPLE CAN ENJOY YOUR BOOTH EVEN IF THEY DON'T HAVE A TICKET TO THE JAZZ FESTIVAL! Make sure to MARKET this event - with about 40 VENDORS, this should be a big 2-day show!

Food Vendors
Food Vendors require approval by SLO Jazz Festival with a fee. We prefer you have a proper food booth, but can provide one if you need it, for additional fee (see application). You are required to pay for any permit, have the Fire and Health Permits, as well as a City Vending Policy Fee of $20. If we must provide a food booth, then please add $150 to your application fee (see attached application). ** SPONSORS GET FIRST DIBS on FOOD VENDING. ** Beverage Vendors We currently offer 2 food beverage vendors. Each beverage vendor fee is $250. You are required to pay for any permit, as well as a City Vending Policy Fee of $20. No large soft drink dispenser machines - too much power draw! ** SPONSORS GET FIRST DIBS ON BEVERAGE VENDING. ** Business Booths Business booths are available for $295 for a 10x10 booth (sponsor provides). A business booth is INCLUDED for all $2,000+ sponsors of SLO Jazz Festival. Electricity charges are extra (see attached Vendor Policy and Agreement for details). City Vending Policy Fee of $20 applies. |
99Wine Court (only 6 left - hurry and get your application in!)
Wine Court is 10 wineries. The Commitment is for 3 cases of wine, one for pouring, two for sale in our General Admission area. Please provide half red, half white, a mix of $12 - 22 for white wine, $22 - 32 for red wine. You provide the pourer and wine, we provide a 6' table and linen. The wine will be judged by who collects most tasting tickets. Time to pour is 5PM - 6:30PM. Contest awarded medals of GOLD, SILVER and BRONZE after Festival. Art Vendors Art Booths are $195 for a 10x10 booth space. Vendors provide their 10' x 10', table, linen, 2 chairs, and 40 lb weight per leg of tent (no exceptions). Electricity charges are extra (see attached Vendor Policy and Agreement for details). City Vending Policy Fee of $20 applies if no SLO City License. Nonprofit Vendors Non-profit booths are $125 for a 10x10 booth plus the $20 City Vending Policy Fee provided you have a booth. Add $100 if we provide booth. Note: for ALL booths - electricity is VERY LIMITED. You may be asked to bring a quiet generator to provide for electricity needs. You must secure your electricity as part of your approval - if you do not note that you need electricity, you will be on our generator program. All generators must be approved in advance by the Jazz Festival. |
